I'm sure they will add in a loading screen for the Universe soon enough, probably just in a rush to get 3.0 out and didn't have one set up or it's bugged. Even on my SSD it will still take 20 - 30 seconds to load in and you will see some stuttering in game.

Sorry @Papillon, still no Chicken Dinner for me. Was so close but in the end the guy got the drop on me through a window. The zone ended up being just a tiny circle around one of those houses where it's nearly all windows. I was inside and he was outside running around. He popped up at a window and I just couldn't hit him quick enough
