    Best2: The changes, I love what they have done with that, the balanced result despite our loss is still a lot better than what we had with the static layouts. The damage marker going away is a great change that already should have happened in the base game. 

    Worst: Having to join two rounds late

    Funniest: Burying my Pz3 into the trench at hill in the final round

    Don't worry if we get some delays, word of mouth will get us to the finishing line in the end. If it's fun it will work and I really do hope it is

    RAndOOm will send out private messages to get people together, some talking will do us a major favor, I'm legit happy that there is movement

    It was okay. Hetzer was fun.

    Performance Squad leader:
    WOLFXL did a good job of managing the tanks

    Performance of our 8. Bataillon (our company):
    The infantry have been crafty.

    Performance Division (whole team): 
    It got better and better.

    Performance Officers: 
    I was happy about the bits of information I got from Odi.

    Suggestions - who gets a Medal and for what? 
    We didn't really do a remarkable job as tankers from what I've seen. It was the infantry and artillery who ran the show this time.

    Extra Remarks? 
    This was the first time we played this map. I think both teams getting used to the map started showing the map's true colors. I will be making adjustments according to the comments for the next time it will be played, the landscape, flags etc. I think the battle was a lot of fun for a tanker. I want to see this played again sometime.

    I have no idea. I was useless in the last round but we sealed the deal way too early for me to make a change.

    Performance Squad leader:
    Okay.

    Performance of our 8. Bataillon (our company):
    Communication issues increase with the steepness of the map.

    Performance Division (whole team): 
    Felt the need to join CC after witnessing some major fuckups when it came to sharing of information.

    Performance Officers: 
    Odium is taking close care of tanks but setup was a bit exhausting on my end. Could've started out the discussion with a suggestion to work with instead of talking about each tank individually, which lost a lot of people from my perspective. We got something that works in the end so we're good.

    Suggestions - who gets a Medal and for what? 
    I haven't seen anything remarkable other than my personal favorite Stug 3G run north of lumbermill. 13 kills in one go, felt extremely satisfying.

    Extra Remarks? 
    We could've lost this map, HQ strategy was the gamechanger. We steamrolled them in the end which was all we needed. Let's keep it up.

    Worst: -Lots of heights and forests, it was a challenge but it had its highlights.

    Funniest: -Driving all the way through enemy held wirtzfeld among 6-8 allied infantrymen with the panzer 4 to get a sherman kill.

    Teams are free to have an edge over the other in some departments as long as it is counterbalanced in different ways and is not overwhelming(like in monte difensa). Beginning of the discussion is to ask "was this too much?" You have to be analytical and clear your mind of ill intent and debate like intelligent men, even if you or the one against you are stupid. Facts over feelings

    Personally I think Elsenborn has a good balance and I know that erwin is not involved with it. Is there a chance for something unseen to completely fuck the game for one side? Of course there is as much threat as ever. fh2 has many layers and there is always something to see or say about them. The fact that erwin had a thought of himself to share doesn't make him the bad guy, at least here.

Here's checking telemetry. 10 people ended up getting more than 5 kills with an mg42, and 12 with a bren. 5 people have used FG42 for more than 5 kills, two of which are allied. rifle stats are the only thing that distinctly looks like carried axis to victory while allied enjoyed complete air superiority ( also interesting that despite this nebelwerfer did better than 25 pdr overall, planning error? ), but there are some weird observations like mp40 somehow outperformed thompson despite its worse stats in every regard(more abundant?).

  8. My Performance: 
    It was good, had a decent round with the panther and then waited for the bleed tanks in the later rounds, played with lafette in the meantime, massive kills on Coudehard main avenue, Manoir and 247. Several occasions where I made 6+ kills in the span of seconds. Lafette was a monster on this map. Tiger, not so much.

    Performance Squad leader:
    Wolf is good

    Performance of our 8. Bataillon (our company):
    Infantry performance was apparent from the outside. Some flags were held on without no support. Sorry for bombing the RP!

    Performance Division (whole team): 
    Poor coordination. No bond of communication with the infantry tankers, moleman etc. Have to write on chat to get low priority jobs like tank repairs done in a very long period. Had visibly little input from the germans or the hq throughout the entire duration. It took way too long for the enemy to cook up a winning plan despite their asset advantage at bleed, and they still botched it.

    Performance Officers: 
    Odium got many things done correctly, the tankers were well organized in their channels and the tanks were mostly being used effectively.

    I'm not gonna say it again!

    Extra Remarks? 
    The fact that you're assigned to tanking doesn't mean you are given license to do anything you want with them. We are not strict people since we are aware that we are not role playing but you always have to ask before doing anything different or change up your assigned tank. WOLFXL is our leader here and anything he says goes. If you can't be arsed to respond to him at the very least or talk to us you won't have an enjoyable time here and give us a lot of trouble in the process.

    Infantry has done some good things and some bad things. Please send back the tankers if you get tanks for them.

    Performance Division (whole team): 
    There's something stupid going on, there is a massive lack of individual initiative, no-brainer things like clearing the mines for the tanks to cross was disregarded mainly in favor of scores, in my opinion. Be willing to do some stupid shit for the team so that we can overcome stupid obstacles. Also there is a lack of use in static assets, flak88 got a lot of stuff done.

    Performance Officers: 
    Okay, there was a lack of motivation with lack of initiative. The officers are forgetting that their job is to get the infantry within the cap circle and instead are chasing the enemy squads around or making super safe rally points. The next battle will have many flags with lots of access. The officers can do things they are more comfortable with them, I think it will get better then. Also don't be afraid to use the things you were given because they don't work for the enemy. Clearly this wasn't a balanced battle so there is no need to refrain from using the artillery our team was given to allow our advance. Let erwin cry about it, it was his mistake after all.

    I'm not giving any suggestions this week, nothing particularly stood out to me.

    Extra Remarks? 
    We're almost there, but we need to improve as a team to confirm our victory. We only need to tip the balance twice to seal the deal.
