Soldier, in joining this battallion, you've made a great decision you will never regret. I, your commander, Airshark79 will lead you to become to one of the most disciplined, the most effective and the most revered battalions ever to grace this FH2 scene.

What you have joined right now is a mixed battalion, we will have an infantry squad and the armor squad, the armor squad will help out the rest of the team by using the heavier combined arms elements, AAA, Artillery and Tanks. The infantry squad will take part in the operations on the ground and help the rest of the team advance. We will use this close relationship to achieve our goals more effectively.

In acheiving this, I need your help. Starting from the 27th we will hold the trainings, we will study the routes and attack paths, we will decide who takes charge of which armored asset. We will meet up to chat on teamspeak while we are pubsmashing, and on discord. We will fight our hardest on the battle nights on Fridays, and we will give ourselves honest feedback on the AAR thread after the fact.

Airshark79: I've been in the FH2 community since 2014 and this is my 5th campaign. I've lead the HQ and won the closest campaign a year ago, along with prozac as one of my captains. I'm attending a university here in Istanbul and I'm a second year student. I'm looking forward to playing with you and having a fun campaign.

Watchtower: I've been playing Forgotten Hope 1 & 2 for many years.  I live in Seattle, Washington USA in the Pacific Northwest. I started off modding & mapping for Half-Life & Half-Life 2, Day of Defeat / Source & Counter-Strike. For FH2, I got into sound and eventually took to mapping and general modding for FH2.  I have volunteered as an admin for 762, an official FH2 beta tester and more recently part of the CMP Map Pack / Mod development, working several maps including Peleliu.  It's been a pleasure and honor getting to know so many people part of the FH2 community from all around the world.  

I will be your 1st Lt., meaning I will be assisting with the boots on the ground and providing waypoints given to us by the upper command, and I've probably played directly with most of you in game, which is great.

Working with Prozac & Airshark, we will implement quick, decisive commands and always have a task for everyone to do.  It is my hope our squad will practice effective tactics, communication and be mindful of our overall strategic purpose in the game.  We will be the first and finest company in the 29th.  Let's set a good precedent for all CMP Tournaments and foster a new FH2 community from the ground up.

Pr0zac: I am your local history teacher and i have been with the FH2 community since a long time. I am also a mapper for the CMP community and created Tarawa. Next to that I have played in various clans for FH1. This will be my 4th campaign. The last 3 campaigns I was Captain of a regiment. This campaign I will be your 2nd Lieutenant. Together with Captain Airshark and 1st Lieutenant Watchtower we will create a great gaming atmosphere. Teamplay and comradeship will win the battle!
