with you I felt as I had a 2nd in command. You were always keen to help, you reached me first with questions like -  if I would make it with recons because you can take it over, if I do need support in the preparations of the strategy etc. You gave me plenty of tips, you were super active on CC - always paying attention to the quality and flow. You took care of so many things that it would be hard to count. You were a true mentor in many aspects and especially you helped me a great deal in the overall management for which I am eternally grateful.
