CMP FH2 Campaign #9 Battle Test

We Need YOUR Help!

We are testing a number of maps for Campaign #9 which takes place during
the Winter War and Continuation War, leading onto a number of Eastern Front battles.

Finland vs Russia / Germany vs Russia

This campaign will include a number of updates for the ticket bleed system and
also a few small changes to player movement to combat bunny hopping and dolphin diving.

We need to test both the maps and these updates, but this works better with a server full of players.

Please join us on Friday to have some fun, let us test the changes, and get your feedback.

 

The downloads for the maps and minimod we will be using in this battle test will
be posted here in the next coming days, so keep an look out for updates!

The campaign files will come in a zipped file. Just copy these files into Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\ folder.
Choose 'Extract Here' and let it install the files. Let it overwrite any files if you have older campaign files installed.

If you use  the standalone version of the game, then copy the files into Program Files (x86)\FH2\mods instead and then extract.

 

Make sure to backup your cmp_minimod folder
before running the test updater if you want to play public

i haven't found a folder like this, but they'll get rid of me on the public server for at least a while. will i have to reinstall the game anyway?

you should find it easily in "fh2/levels" krakki. Anyway, afaik you will just need to reupdate with the normal CMP updater.
