CMP FH2 #12: Medal of Honor

Awarded , by Zabstone

Awarded to Colonel Otto earlier known as Sergeant Otto (promoted to Colonel thanks to his outstanding engagement) for his constant effort to organize International raiding squad as an effective force both in defensive and offensive operations across all battles on Pacific theater, what is more important: taking over the command of a whole division in a darkest moment of time once Japs managed to secure several wins in a long streak, Colonel Otto turned over the board and gave us multiple solid victories which resulted in the massive improvement of morale and huge chance to win the campaign as we were coming to the endgame. This was indeed a heroic and what is more important voluntary contribution to our war effort!
