CMP FH2 #12: Legion of Merit

TomTom’s command of one of the Polish squads and of the regiment has been particularly good in the initial battles of the Pacific campaigns. He manages to lead his squad to complete even very difficult tasks, be it an assault of a fortified enemy beachhead or defending a point surrounded by the enemy. What is more he is also adequately responsive on CC, which makes communication between the HQ and his regiment very effective.
