Community Map Pack Updater doesn't work, have to CTRL+ALT+DEL

My community mappack updater gets stuck trying to download some Vietnamese localization file, it gets stuck in an endless loop and you have to force quit the software. It says "Download failed, retrying" and it also says "required hard disk space 0.0kb" the file is fh2\localization\vietnamese\cmp_maps.utxt it repeats this like 100x a second and I cannot find an alternative download link. I tried running the FH2 launcher as administrator but it didn't help. I also tried removing the updater and re-installing it from the Launcher.

There's a good chance that your FH2 is not up-to-date. Can you please try "Repairing" your FH2 installation to make sure it is on the latest version, and then try again?

I tried repairing the FH2 installation, and it did not resolve the issue, unfortunately.
