since there is currently a battlefield1918 campaign running a person wants to sign up on this website,

but it is said "You are not allowed to register a user account on this site."

He lives in Ukraine, i have added a photo here.

He also cannot sign in via facebook-account.

Did he try to register for an account on the forum? Can you PM me the username he tried and his email address?

I'm not sure why he cannot register from the Ukraine as we have other members from there, and I'm wondering if it may be because he has tried to register before or his email service provider is blacklisted due to spam?

I've registered him manually.

He should receive a welcome email. Tell him to do a 'Forgot Password' or whatever to reset his password to something person to him.
