I see new version of map, will delete metz map folder in levels and install new version.

Still 13 other files were replaced.

I can join pub server.   I can load last week's CMP Overloon

game locks when loading metz in local (81%) and training server (62%).  hard lock, have to sign out or restart

Happens with cmp_t_metz-c7.114 and cmp_t_metz-c7.115 versions

I have seen this type of error before in BF2.  Very rare and always a restart of game or reboot of computer (since usually it is a hard lock) makes the problem go away.

My video settings are low.   Could that be the problem?

Still pretty annoying to have the thing flashing repeatedly , sometimes worse than strobelight.

Used to happen very rarely ... now almost continuously.

i get c1001PY error repeatedly in game (argentan and hill262 maps).  It started after last  last minimod update.

just read this, would tried it, luv the mod,  did a couple camps in the mod.

(Checked my email, it is correct and not hidden afaik, don't care for all notifications but was/is there a way to sign up for notifications for playing the mods? (EOD, EOD2 come to mind also))

woulda played more, but 0.8GB download for so many slow "updates".   Too much data suck at too slow rate (fu ATT) for me.

  Suggestion:  take the time to get the maps right *before* the campaign starts, then start the campaign, instead of having two or more updates between each battle.

lessor suggestion: get the fixes done in timely manner,  there should be no need for updates less than 24 or even 48 hours before battle.  (or even during the campaign (see above)).

Again   team  ping -  Axis half Allied or worse (one round ex:  41 - 89).

That and if Axis always has 10% more players than Allied .... also tough to beat.  (one round, at one point in round ex: 44 - 38).

Put those two factors together and assume equal players, equal map, equal assets  ....  guess who wins.

Same ole issue for me and for our team.

When our team ping is double theirs ... we will always lose.

In my case I have a ping 100-150ms higher than most on opfor.  This is one tenth or higher of a second.  One tenth of a second is about the visual reaction time of humans.

In other words, by the time I "see" the player on my monitor, he has already seen me and had time to shoot.
