Has anyone used the mod from Moddb "Forgotten Hope 2: Personalized Single Player" by devoutdeedee?

Is the mod compatible for latest FH2 version 2,61 (standalone installer from 'playfh2 dot net')? 

If yes how to properly install this mod, does the FH2PSP folder go into [Forgotten Hope 2\mods] or do I extract the contents of FH2PSP folder into [Forgotten Hope 2\mods\fh2]?

What is the difference in playing these maps  in SP menu from Co-op menu?

*note: I decided to ask here because the fhpubforum's registration doesn't send an email activation even after resending thus can't login into the account I created maybe caused by a system bug. Big thx
