Deathly - I had the same exact issue/scenario as you describe above. It appears that the new CMP updates that occur once you update the map packs, via launcher or manually corrupted it. I was able to get this working by simply running the "FH2Launcher-Setup.exe" again. This may be a newer bug that should be looked into by the devs.
