My Performance:
Wasted some tickets, flew some nice human UAV missions with the Flettner and even managed to kill some stuff with it
and in the Panther. Tried to keep the tanks assigned and the infantry in the right spot. Bacon sandwiches were delivered
in the HQ channel. Feel free to comment, I'm trying to get better by constant learning, too.

*starts unscrewing Stielhandgranate 43 cap* ...now what does that funny thing do...?

Performance Squad leader:
From what I could see on the minimap, orders to brcd were carried out as given, so I  am happy with that.

Performance of our 8. Bataillon (our company):
I did hear from the opposing team that they felt we had "more" tanks and these "everywhere"...considering that we did not,
that is a good testimony to your work, guys!

Performance Division (whole team):
We won despite tons of enemy equipment, a new Calliope Sherman Artillery and enourmous enemy air power.
So our reactions to the enemy attack attempts were good enough. Over the course of the battle one could observe
a drop in enemy initiative. We wore them down.

Performance Officers:
Responsive cooperation with our tank platoon and the other companies - as formed during the course of this campaign -
and that is not something that develops by itself, nor should it go without saying. Thanks for that!

Suggestions - who gets a Medal and for what?
Give me! Deadline is last Thursday, then I will hand out some bling-bling on Saturday to conclude the campaign.

Extra Remarks?
So far I am satisfied with seeing the tank platoon work, which is no doubt a result of WolfXL's and Airshark's efforts.
When it comes to our Panzergrenadier element, I have seen lots of initiative by squad leaders, old time infantry
and newcomers to the tournament.

The fundamentals were there, we put up MG covering fire, defended the flag zones, approached in covered ways and we
even mastered the art of attacking in 3 groups of 2 to have the survivors drop the RP. I am glad to have been your
CO in that battle, guys.
 

My Performance:
I tried to build up a forward defense around Command Post, which was to be our point of stationing during the battle.
I know that defensive jobs like that are boring; but from time to time, as you have seen from the battle results,
they are necessary. Feel free to comment.

Performance Squad leaders:
Yehiel and brcd performed responsibly and in general as I've come to expect of them. Well done!

Performance of our 8. Bataillon (our company):
We lost the flag 2x over the course of the battle, if I remember right. That is a good enough result
for me. I am especially happy that Mr. Sagdyev joined us with the Infantry and Gravelight helped out as
tank driver to man the vehicles. Considering he normally only plays public, I am satisfied with his performance
in the tank.

I am pleased to command such a responsive and well working unit that is effective in its armored
and dismounted role. Keep it up and stop by for the training this Thursday, guys!

Performance Division (whole team):
We could react well to the enemies attempts to enter the town over the center in most cases.

Hawk had set up a solid plan and preparation, the Germans held the center and the Russians
painted the Hillside red with the blood of our enemies.

That shall not blind us to the fact that this map was easy for the defender and the results showed it.
It needs work and will be more tough the next time that Airshark has a chance to work
on it, I am sure. Good for a first attempt, nevertheless, I had fun.

Performance Officers:
Was satisfied with Malleus and elmo.

You'll have some peace and quiet from me next week because I will be serving coffee in the Division
headquarter, meaning that I will only give orders to your SLs and not fight with you in the channel.
Someone's gotta keep our HQ Retriever fed, combed and hydrated.

Ansonsten kneif's dir, weil es nicht hilft.

Denkst du mich kotzen Achtungsnow und Matsku nicht an? Dann dürfen wir unseren Ungarischen Piloten Generalhun und Captain Mike genauso
gleich wegbannen. Nur rumflamen und als SL einen Kick provozieren hilft niemandem hier. Wir waren dank der Aktion in Unterzahl und mir hat mal wieder ein SL gefehlt.
Gerade dann als wir die 2. dringend benötigte Runde gewinnen wollten. Absolut nicht hilfreich. Vor allem sitze ich im gleichen channel oder im Whisper.

Mir einfach zu sagen, was das Problem ist, geht da nicht?
Auch wenn ich es unbefriedigend finde mit den Aimbots, kann ich Quicksilver's Situation verstehen, du solltest das als mit deiner Adminerfahrung bei uns
genauso gut verstehen.

Ansonsten, backe mir bitte ein FH2 mit ner cheatfreien engine, ich wäre der erste, der es nimmt.

@ Airshark i had no net yesterday (no training) so I could not assign them before that. Sorry, was not possible to do it otherwise.

I would call it okay-ish. Will sort that with the tank assignment beforehand next battle.
Satisfied with your work in the last 2 rounds especially.

Performance Squad leader:
Yehiel did a good job, especially the last round, good placement of RPs that prepared our attacks on Elsenborn ridge and Wirtzfeld.
Brcd did good SL work, good defense on Reuland in 2nd to last round. Also good idea with RP 4 on that last round - that rage quit,
not so much. Please avoid that next battles or  simply eat it then rejoin. We were low on numbers.

Satisfied, please give me a Page up/Page down reaction when I speak into the tanker channel, so I know if my input has reached you.

Notes have been taken on my A5 sized crumpled sheet with the food spots - and will be employed in the 2nd badge of awards after battle 9.

Strong will to fight, I like that. Please keep it up and remember for flag defense - at least 2 people in the zone + s-mines.
It is tedious, it is boring, but it WORKS. Also, we cannot do without a dedicated MGunner covering our flanks in attack and defense.

Guys, about the Awards and Promos: The forum was down yesterday.
I am still trying to get hold of notes about your attendance in battles 1-3
(the dark ages before my time).

My excel table with the attendance and notes for medals is taking shape,
nevertheless, it will be used after this battle.

Please do write your AAR after tonight's battle, I am relying on your input.
Medals and Promos will be handed out next week because I don't want to
rush it and forget half of it.

In short: I apologize for the delay and do rest in the knowledge,
that you guys are up to the task even without the lametta on your shoulders.



If possible, stop by 1hour early if you could not make the training yesterday,
I have a few ideas for the battle I'd like to share with you.

My Performance:
Was alright-ish, had to balance between requirements of the HQ and the possibilites of my men on the ground.
Tried to employ you guys as usefully as possible. I missed some chances to find the right timing to move the squad
out of village and relocate to Rocca, that cost us the Rocca flag at times.

Performance Squad leader:
Airshark volunteered to take over after round 2(3?) and did a good job on leading the squad in an aggressive fashion,
which freed me up to look at the map a bit more and do things like recon, spotting, organising. In general, I am happy
for dedicated squad leaders that can take over, be it Capro, Yehiel or Airshark. Let's see how the numbers will be in the next
battle. There will be more vehicles to move so I guess Airshark will be back to tank driving.

Performance of our 8. Bataillon (our company):
We did as well as possible. K98s versus Semi-Auto Carbines and Garands were not a good match.
Rest was discussed in CC. Tank drivers, please make sure that you do not drive forward in enemy areas without infantry cover!
Especially in close quarters areas. In case of doubt, ask me on TS to send you some infantry as backup, that is
what my tactical plan for this company was and still is (Panzergrenadiere).

Performance Division (whole team):
See above, same applies about other companies imho.

Performance Officers:
Cannot complain about HQ, remarks were made. Elmo is a bit quiet on CC.
